Senior hands on every frame.
No agency overhead.

A studio note

“Animation is a craft decision, not a headcount. Every frame you pay for should be touched by a senior hand — not handed down from a junior who never met your brand.”

The Partnership

Marina Voss & Theo Park — two founders, two cities, one standard.

The studio runs on the principle that a rigger and a creative director should sit at the same table on day one. Marina leads the rig and animation pipeline from Brooklyn; Theo leads creative direction from Lisbon. Every client-facing frame passes through both of them before it leaves the building.

Lead Animator & Co-Founder

Marina Voss

Marina started the studio in 2017 after a decade rigging characters for broadcast spots and game cinematics. She still reviews every rig that ships to a client and built the in-house rig library that now covers 240+ body types, outfits, and motion styles. Her name is on every contract.

— Operating principles

Four rules that protect every frame we ship.

Boutique-scale means the work is touched only by people senior enough to defend it. Here's the operating system that makes that promise structural, not aspirational.

  1. 01

    Senior-only, on every client-facing frame.

22 animators, riggers, and creative directors. No outsourcing. No junior handoffs. The person who scopes your reel is the person who lights it.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price quotes inside four hours.

Send a brief by 11am Eastern; you'll have a fixed-price, line-itemed quote by 3pm. Production schedules stop waiting on estimates.

  3. 03

Unlimited revisions for the first 14 days.

Every project ships with a 14-day open-revision window at no added cost. We treat the rough cut as the start of the conversation, not the end of it.

  4. 04

    Broadcast-grade turnaround, measured in days.

Average 9 business days for a 30-second hero spot — roughly 3x the industry benchmark — because the rig library, the team, and the brief format are already paid for.

— The team

Twenty-two seniors. Two studios. One roster.

Brooklyn handles East Coast productions and editorial; Lisbon carries European briefs and overflow capacity across a six-hour shared day. The same senior roster works both rooms — no contractor swap on a Friday afternoon.
