How We Work — The Short Version
From brief to final cut
in days, not months.
A fixed-price quote lands in your inbox within four hours of your brief. No scope games, no surprise overages, no month-long discovery phases. Here is exactly what happens after you hit Start Your Project.
The Workflow
Five steps. Fixed price. Honest clock.
Every project follows the same five-step path, regardless of scope. You always know what is happening, who is doing it, and when the next deliverable lands.
-
Step 01
The Brief
Send us a one-pager, a Loom, or a Slack message — whatever shape your idea lives in. A creative director reads every brief personally within the first business day and replies with clarifying questions, not a generic auto-response.
-
Step 02
The 4-Hour Quote
Fixed price, line-itemed, no hourly math. Delivered within four business hours of a clean brief — never stretched across a week of "let me check with the producers." If we cannot hit the slot, we tell you before we quote.
-
Step 03
The 48-Hour Animatic
A black-and-white timing pass with scratch audio, locked to your cut. You see blocking, pacing, and camera decisions before a single frame is polished — so the expensive polish happens on the right performance, not the wrong one.
-
Step 04
The 14-Day Revision Window
Unlimited revisions, included. Two weeks from first color pass to lock picture — long enough for three rounds of meaningful notes, short enough that nothing drifts off-brief. Notes are consolidated by your creative director before they hit the team.
-
Step 05
Final Delivery
Master files, ProRes 4444, H.264 review cuts, vertical re-cuts, and a clean project archive — handed off in a single labeled folder. We do not strand assets in a vendor portal. Average 30-second hero spot ships in 9 business days.

Before kickoff
Questions we get before kickoff.
Short answers to the questions that actually stop briefs from getting out the door — pricing, IP, files, time zones, and what happens when a brief changes mid-project.
-
How is pricing structured, and is the quote really fixed?
Every project opens with a flat-fee quote turned around within 4 hours of your brief. The number we send is the number you pay — no hourly creep, no surprise change-order fees unless the brief itself changes in scope. Our average project value is $18,400, and most 30-second hero spots land inside the same fixed band.
-
Who owns the animation, the rig, and the source files?
You do, in full, on final delivery. Master renders, project files, character rigs, and any custom-built assets transfer to your team at hand-off — no royalty, no licensing carve-outs, no seat fees to re-open the project in Maya or Blender down the road.
-
How do we work together if your studio is in Brooklyn and we're not?
Fully remote, by design. We run async dailies in a shared review room, ship animatics for time-stamped comments, and hold two live review calls a week across EST and WET so teams in LA, London, and Singapore stay in the loop. Our senior-only team of 22 animators means the person reviewing your cut is the same person animating it.
-
What happens if we need to change direction mid-project?
Every project ships with 14 days of unlimited revisions from kickoff — use them. Bigger rescopes (a new hero beat, a swapped product, a regulatory pivot) trigger a written change-order with a re-quoted fixed price before we re-time, so budget stays predictable. That policy is why 97% of our clients come back for a second project inside 12 months.

Ready when you are
Send a brief. Get a fixed quote in 4 hours.
Drop a short note on the project, the format, and the deadline you're working back from. A creative director replies same business day with a flat-fee quote, a rough timeline, and the two senior animators we'd put on the job. No deck, no discovery call, no obligation.
